We provide professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across Nottingham.
All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in line with industry standards.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work differs upon arrival.
Any additional work requested may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We may accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
Late payments may result in suspension of future services or additional charges.
5. Access to Property
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to all areas requiring cleaning.
If access is restricted, such as locked gates, we may clean accessible areas only and charge accordingly, or reschedule and apply a call-out fee.
We are not responsible for incomplete work due to access limitations.
6. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
We do not carry out work that could risk injury or damage.
Customers must inform us of any hazards or fragile areas before work begins.
7. Weather Conditions
Our services may be carried out in most weather conditions.
However, we may reschedule in cases of extreme weather for safety reasons.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to ensure all windows and doors are closed before cleaning, remove obstacles where possible, and keep children and pets away from work areas.
9. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.
10. Regular Cleaning Services
Regular services may be agreed on an ongoing basis.
If not stated as a one-off clean, services may be assumed to be recurring.
A minimum number of cleans may apply before cancellation.
11. Results & Expectations
While we aim to deliver the highest standard, some marks, such as stained glass or damaged seals, may not be removable.
First cleans may take longer and may not achieve perfect results immediately.
12. Liability
We hold appropriate insurance for our services.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty window fittings or seals, or indirect or consequential losses.
13. Damage Policy
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
We will assess and, where appropriate, arrange repair or compensation.
14. Website Use
All content on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of this website.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
